To ensure that no potential leads slip through the cracks, these emails have been strategically automated, triggering a specific number of days after a task has been marked complete within the workflow. . Furthermore, I incorporated additional emails into the brand templates, addressing commonly asked questions. This meticulous setup guarantees that all protective leads receive the necessary attention and follow-up without the company having to respond to each email.
